Defendant faces child porn charge

A man from Derry is to appear before the local magistrate’s court for a preliminary inquiry next month charged with the possession of indecent images of children.

Frederick Burder (26), from Kingsmere Garden, is charged with possessing, making and possessing with a view to distribute or show indecent images.

He was remanded on bail yesterday to appear in court on August 19th.
