PSNI seeks witnesses to Belfast sex assault

Police in the North are appealing for information from the public following a serious sexual assault on a woman in Belfast city centre this morning.

The alleged incident happened at around 4.30am in the Marcus Ward Street area of the city.

The PSNI says it wants to speak to anyone who was in nearby bars and clubs and who may have witnessed anything suspicious in the area.
