I am looking for help for a friend who is in the process of preparing her case to be heard at the High Court. She is finding this very difficult as she is at present attempting to collect information on her medical.educational, social history etc. which is proving to be very traumatic for her. As you can imagine it is bringing all kinds of memories and experiences to the surface.
I do not think she will be able to do all this without some support. Can you advise me as to how I can best help her.
