I Read the book a few years ago and found it very usefull at the time as well as getting one to one counslling at the same time. When i saw it up as book of the month I had another look over it and was suprised how much it still ment to me. I realised how knowing it was there on the book shelf was like a security blanket for the last few years, along the lines that if things get hard or i find myself slipping into old ways of feeling or thinking about myself it will be there to help me challenege myself.
